Can’t find your country of choice in the list? We’re sorry, but this means that delivery to your country is currently not possible.

What are the possible methods of delivery?

  • Home delivery via the courier service of your choice
  • Delivery to post offices or collection points *
  • On-site pick-up **

* Parcels are kept in post offices for 5 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the seller.
** Please note which city the seller’s warehouse is located in. On-site collection is only possible within the country. You can only collect your goods after you have received confirmation that your parcel is ready for collection.

The courier may ask you to help unload parcels heavier than 31.5 kg.

When will I receive my shipment?

Once you have paid for your shopping basket, our sales staff will rush to pack your goods. Once the seller has packed and handed over the parcel to the courier service of your choice, you will receive an email with a tracking link to the email address you specified in your order. By clicking on the link, you will be able to track the journey of your parcel. If you order several items from different sellers, you will receive them in separate shipments at different times. You will be notified by SMS when your parcel reaches the post office or collection point of your choice.

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:

  • We recommend you refuse the parcel.
  • Notify the courier who delivered the parcel or the staff at the pick-up point so that they can fill in a Packaging Damage Report.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, be sure to take a photo of the damage.

If the damaged parcel is accepted and no remarks are made on the acceptance document, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged. If you notice any damage after unpacking the parcel, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us by email – babytimephysio@gmail.com
